The City of Fulton, MS, will receive sealed bids for a contract for the Fulton City Hall Renovation in Fulton, MS. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, addition (1,135 sq ft) and renovation (2,140 sq ft) of the building located at 101 W. Wiygul Street, Fulton, MS 38843 indicated in the Contract Documents.
Bids will be accepted on a lump sum basis. Segregated bids will not be accepted.
Sealed or Electronic Bids will be received until 2:00 p.m., Thursday, September 26th, 2023 at the Fulton City Hall Board Room, 213 W Wiygul St., Fulton, MS 38843. Bids received after this time will not be accepted. Bids will be opened publicly and read aloud immediately after the specified closing time.
Bids should be enclosed in a sealed envelope and addressed to:

Or submitted electronically through Plan House Printing.
Bid Documents may be examined at the office of the Architect and are being made available via hard
paper copy (at bidder’s expense) or digital pdf at www.architecturesouthplanroom.com through Plan House Printing and Graphics, 605 West Main Street, Tupelo, MS 38804. Plan holders are required to register via email address and order Bid Documents which are non-refundable. Bid Documents, including Drawings and Specifications, may be examined at ArchitectureSouth, P.A., 499 Gloster Creek Village, Suite D3, Tupelo, Mississippi, 38801. No partial sets of drawings or project manuals will be issued.
Bid Security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid must accompany each bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
The City of Fulton expressly reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive irregularities.
